Join Our Global Sales Team as Overseas Sales Coordinator Three Positions Available - Full-Time Permanent Roles in Auckland Are you a motivated and detail-oriented individual with experience in overseas automotive sales,particularly in the Middle East and Southeast Asia? We are actively seeking three Overseas Sales Coordinators to join our dynamic team at our Otara and Wiri locations in Auckland. If you have a passion for supporting sales initiatives, excellent organizational skills, and a commitment to delivering exceptional customer service, we want to hear from you Position: Overseas Sales Coordinator Pay Range: NZD $28 - $30 per hour Type: Full-Time Permanent Location: Otara or Wiri, Auckland Work Hours: Minimum 35 hours per week Job Duties: As an Overseas Sales Coordinator, you will play a pivotal role in supporting our sales team to achieve their sales goals. The ideal candidate will have automotive sales experience in Middle East or Southeast Asia countries and possess excellent communication skills.

Key responsibilities include: Supporting the sales team in achieving their goals by managing and coordinating all aspects of overseas sales. Coordinating sales meetings and conference calls, preparing sales presentations, and providing administrative support to the sales team. Conducting research on potential clients and competitors, providing insights to develop effective sales strategies.

Providing excellent customer service to clients, responding to inquiries in a timely and professional manner. Managing the sales database, ensuring all data is accurate and up-to-date. Qualifications: To succeed in this role, candidates should possess the following: Proven experience in automotive sales, specifically in the Middle East or Southeast Asia will be preferred.

Must have sound knowledge on Auto parts. Excellent communication and organizational skills. Detail-oriented and highly organized.

Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment. Strong research and analytical skills. Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
