The Pacific Area Materials Management Department is seeking a casual receptionist. As a casual on-call receptionist, you would be required to work on an as needed basis. This will require you to be available at short notice.
This role is based at the Pacific Area Office in Takapuna, Auckland, New Zealand. The role of receptionist is crucial to any organisation. As the first point of contact for visitors to the office, you act as an ambassador for the Church as you create a welcoming atmosphere, greet visitors, and screen calls.
Your good judgment, proper etiquette, diplomacy, and organisational skills create an image of professionalism and portray to visitors our genuine desire to assist them and to exemplify the Savior in all we do. Church employees find joy and satisfaction in using their unique talents and abilities to further the Lords work. From the IT professional who develops an app that sends the gospel message worldwide, to the facilities manager who maintains our buildings giving Church members places to worship, teach, learn, and receive sacred ordinancesour employees seek innovative ways to share the gospel of Jesus Christ with the world.
