Change Coordinator - Pacific Property System Project (PPSP) 16 month fixed-term opportunity Support planning and delivery of change management and stakeholder engagement Provide business analyst expertise to support and supplement AMDs Strategy and Planning team Play a fundamental role in the Pacific Asset and facilities team by planning coordination between the Change Lead, MFATs subject matter expert leads responsible for the different specialisations, Pacific Posts and Downer to ensure the integrated and timely delivery of all of the Projects work streams.
Krero m te tranga - About the role The Change Coordinator will be an integral member of a core Pacific asset and facilities team and will support the Transition of the Pacific asset and facilities management arrangement from one that is largely self-delivered, to an outsourced model (the Model). In doing so, this will ensure the Ministry and its people are prepared and equipped to exploit all opportunities that may arise. The Coordinator role is twofold in that they will; Support the Change Lead in the planning and delivery of change management, communications, stakeholder engagement, and contract establishment activities to ensure our people are prepared and equipped to exploit all the opportunities presented by the new asset management arrangement.
Provide Business analyst expertise to support and supplement AMDs strategy and planning team. For more detail you can view a copy of the position description here. The salary range for this role is between $85,118 and $100,139 total remuneration, negotiable depending on skills and experience.

Wed like to hear from you if you are someone who will: Support the delivery of the Change and Transition Plan. Provide clear, concise and accurate communications to all stakeholders to ensure Project deliverables are met in line with the Change and Transition Plan.
Coordinate the delivery of the stakeholder engagement plans, and ensure the Project maintains effective working relationships with key stakeholders for the duration of the Transition. Adapt and/or develop business processes, policies and materials for MFAT to operate optimally in the new Model, including processes relating to end-to-end property management, health and safety, data collection and storage, emergency operations, and effective communication. Coordinate regular reporting to management and governance forums on the progress of the Project, including identifying change risks and effective mitigations.
