The role of the Patient Safety Co-ordinator is to provide coordination and participation in key quality patient safety markers with specific portfolios as directed from the Quality department.
Develop and apply specific knowledge with regard to the coordination of key stakeholders to coordinate key quality activities to address identified shortfalls to support improvement, equity, and optimise health outcomes. You will support patient safety and reduction of harm and hospital acquired injuries. This role reports directly to the General Manager Quality, Risk & Innovation.
Mo - About you The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years experience working within inpatient setting, an understanding and proven commitment to continuous quality improvement as well as interest in making a difference and improving patient outcomes and service delivery.
