The Opportunity An outstanding opening for a part-time Payroll Administrator to join the leading Christchurch Motor Vehicle Group, operating several New Vehicle franchises including Mitsubishi, Nissan, BMW & Mini, located at our Mitsubishi dealership. Our company highly values teamwork and mutual support, especially when it comes to ensuring the timely completion of the fortnightly payroll. This role is suitable for seasoned payrollers.

We're looking for someone who can jump right in and make an immediate impact. The Role: Fortnightly end-to-end processing of 3 payrolls via timesheets for approx. 120 staff Ensuring payroll is produced and maintained in compliance with current payroll legislation Resolving various payroll queries which arise from management Accurate maintenance of payroll files Your Profile: Proven experience in an end-to-end payroll environment Currently using IMS Payroll Excellent knowledge of the most recent payroll legislation, and confidence in application Excellent attention to detail Shows initiative Excellent communication skills - written and verbal This role is part-time (approximately 16 hours per week) and you must be available every second Tuesday & Wednesday for processing the payroll, with flexibility around the hours and days worked for hours on the alternate week.
