If so we have the opportunity for you We employ over 250 weekly wage and monthly salary people in our I-Zone Rolleston based sales, R&D and manufacturing facility as well as our Auckland sales office. Ours is primarily a manufacturing environment so there are the usual range of allowances, overtime and deductions to be worked through. You'll also be involved in various financial reporting and HR/recruitment support functions.

We use Payglobal so here's a chance to become our "Payglobal Guru" since we have the Payroll module, as well as Exolvo Self Service and the other HR-related modules. As our Guru, you will be responsible for ensuring all day-to-day payroll activities are processed in an accurate and timely manner, related systems are maintained and up to date and, all employee queries are promptly resolved. Moffat Ltd designs, develops, manufactures and markets a comprehensive range of Cooking, Bakery, Ice Cream & Gelato equipment and Meal Distribution products.

We date our history back to the 1920's and the early development years of cooking and baking in Australia and New Zealand. This role will suit you if you have great attention to detail and a keen sense of deadlines as well as a customer service ethic. You will either know or be wanting to learn about pay-related legislation (Holidays Act, Employment Relations Act and Employment Agreements).
