The role is responsible for providing expert people leadership and advice to the business in their quest to develop a culture which drives world class results. With two direct reports, this role sits across all the different businesses within the ETEL group, delivering shared service HR support. This includes sites across New Zealand, Australia, Indonesia and (a very exciting new addition) Singapore.
Reporting to the GM People, Safety & Sustainability, the successful candidate will work closely with business leaders on operational day to day activities, successfully delivering organisational development projects which engage and support the ETEL team and provide HR support to the Companys strategic projects. The exceptional People professional who secures this role will have excellent communication skills and be able to build relationships across all levels of the business. They will be confident to recommend, develop, and redesign people practices that achieve business results, are best practice, innovative and best fit for the ETEL team.
They will be confident coaching leaders to get the best from their people and be able to develop a culture which is caring, supportive and high performing. The ideal candidate will have: 5 years experience in a relevant HR Experience in manufacturing or a similar Industry Be highly skilled in Employment and Industrial Relations A history of introducing organisational development initiatives which achieve results. The ability to quickly build relationships and inspire others to do their best every day.
