Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive organisational change and continuous improvement. Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management or related field. Proven experience in a HR business partner or similar role.
Strong understanding of New Zealand employment legislation and best practice ER. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
