Your responsibilities will include but not limited to: Contribute to the leadership teams development of overall business strategy and growth objectives Develop People Strategy, priorities and annual plans that align with and support Divisional and Group People strategies and plans Support the implementation of Protect safety procedures in the business that meet local standards as well as company - wide safety initiatives as appropriate including the Just Culture model Management of employment relations problems, disputes or issues including IR/ER negotiations, disciplinary processes, terminations, restructuring activities and grievances Ensure data integrity, and deliver effective reporting of BU People performance Ng Pmanawa | What You Will Bring Demonstrated experience developing and implementing people strategy HR experience within manufacturing/operational environments Proven track record in generalist Human Resources management, operating effectively with senior leadership teams within an organisation Tertiary qualification in People or related field Project management experience with the ability to manage projects from inception to completion Proven experience in managing relationships and developing and maintaining personal credibility with senior stakeholders Demonstrable experience and understanding of core People processes (e.g.
