Mo te tranga | About the Role: Provide expert consulting advice on all aspects of performance and reward to the people team and business leaders. Keep up to date with external trends to ensure ASB's performance and reward strategy and frameworks are market leading and supports the attraction and retention of talent.
Collaborate with the broader People team, in the analysis, development and integration of reward frameworks aligned to compliance-requirements as well as ASB's cultural and performance objectives. Working across the people team to enable great experiences for our people through innovative performance and reward practices. Working with the HO Performance and Reward on the annual performance and remuneration review process ensuring continuous improvement year on year.
Support in the preparation of papers and presentations, including Board and Remuneration Committee meetings, containing reporting, analysis, and recommendations. Ng mea kia whai angit ahau? | What do I need to be successful? Deep understanding of remuneration and benefits best practice and regulatory requirements within the financial sector. Demonstrated hands-on analysis and data interpretation - has experience in the development of tools, processes and systems (eg Excel, SuccessFactors) to help inform decision-making.
Experience in Job Architecture, Job evaluation and reward benchmarking.
