M tnei tranga mahi | About this position: We are looking for an enthusiastic, pro-active Personal Assistant (PA) with a strong administrative background to hit the ground running in this fast-paced role This position is based in Hastings and will see you contribute to the efficient running of the region by providing highly responsive administrative support to the Regional Manger, Central North - Te Khui Rwhiti and regional staff.
As well as providing general PA support to the Regional Manager of our bilingual and immersion provision with regional and national responsibilities and supports as part of this role include: Human Resources support with recruitment, co-ordination of day relief, leave, management of regional HR processes and systems and the regional liaison and point of contact with the Te Kura HR team Finance liaising with and supporting regional staff, tracking and processing of regional invoices and claims, and the regional liaison and point of contact with the Te Kura finance team Collaboration and Co-ordination day to day co-ordination of regional administrative tasks and small regional administrative team Ko koe tnei | About you: A bit of an expert with technology, you have an advanced knowledge of MS Office products and are the go-to' person in the office. You have exceptional workflow management and are able prioritise tasks and responsibilities.
