Looking for a Fixed -Term, Part Time Personal Assistant. You will provide admin support in real estate work. You will be involved in lot of design work.
You have to be someone good in using computers with good knowledge of social media. You must have a good phone manner and good written and verbal skills. You will be involved in writing property ads, managing agent's database, managing the salesperson so they can make good use of time in servicing their clients and customers.
You will be actively providing any and all admin support so that salesperson doesn't spend mucth time in front of the computer.You must be good in social media activities. Have good knowledge of Ms Word, Adobe illustator for design work or any other design software knowledge.
You will provide all the back end support to the agent. Preferene will be given to people with following skills 1) Can do design work online 2) Speaks and understands another language in addition to English preferablly Mandarin or another asian language. 3) Likes working on computer, very organised hardworking person, who can trusted and is reliable i.
e. learn quickly and can work honestly unsupervised Days of work will be Tues to Friday (16 hrs per week) This can be increased to 20 hrs per week from time to time. Also there will be a bonus structure available for appericiating smart & hard work along the way.
Hours of work wil be 10 am to 2 pm ( could suit a student looking for part time work or a parent wants to make money while childern are in day care or school) Although its a fixed term contract till 12 Dec 2024 but at the end of the contract, the contract could be renewed for another 9 to 12 months You will be working for me at our Barfoot & Thompson, Papakura Branch 201 - 203 Great South Road, Papakura.
