Plant Operator - Wastewater Location: Hamilton City Employment Type: Permanent Applications Close: 25 February 2024 Are you Hamilton City Council's next Plant Operator - Wastewater? We're looking for a special kind of Plant Operator - Wastewater in our Three Waters team. If you think it could be you, let's talk. For this role, you must have: Level 4 Certificate or Level 5 Diploma in wastewater treatment Minimum of 2 years' experience in wastewater treatment operations NZ full-licence and able to drive a manual vehicle What will I be part of? Hamilton City Council owns and operates two advanced industrial facilities for the treatment of water and wastewater.

We are looking for someone to join us at the Pukete Treatment plant within the Wastewater area to provide a high-quality treatment service for our community. You'll be part of our lively City Waters team and play a key role in the day to day operation of the treatment plant, ensuring it is operated and maintained in accordance with standard operating procedures and industry best practice. What's the salary? The recruiting range for this role starts at $69,000 per annum plus allowances and could be negotiated for the right candidate.

This opportunity is fulltime 40 hours per week worked Monday to Friday with on-call rostered work.
