We are looking for a committed, experienced, results-based person with strong population/public health and equity skills.This role is part of team responsible for providing policy, planning and health promotion leadership to support health improvement and achieve health equity in Hawkes Bay. Do you have experience in: Leading population health improvement and equity projects/programmes and strategy.
Building strong, collaborative and high trust relationships across the community, health system and intersector agencies. Informing and influence commissioning and investment decisions to reorient services to address health and social inequities. Building capacity and capability of internal and external stakeholders that addresses population health and health inequity issues.
Utilising population health intelligence, epidemiology and community voice to apply and inform critical thinking and decision-making for health improvement.
