Work with key stakeholders across the Agency to agree roadmap of toolset improvements that collectively ensure we are delivering to the expected frameworks and standards Provide high quality guidance and coaching to senior managers and other leaders on P3M3 practice and how it is practically applied to the toolsets Develop and/or deliver efficient and effective programme and project management toolset support and training. Manage core PPM toolset vendor relationship, contract and stakeholder enhancement group.
Work with the wider EPMO team to support driving data insights and aggregation. Provide technical and strategic advice for integration of toolsets. The role provides the bridge between the technical capability of the toolsets and the application of the frameworks, standards and controls. Ko koe tnei | About you' In addition to your leadership attributes and to be successful in this role, you will bring: Knowledge and experience: Proven practical working knowledge and understanding of the range of portfolio, programme and project management methodologies and practices Demonstrable experience of portfolio, programme and project level assurance, best practice and methodologies Understanding of how to successfully implement change, particularly in the application of new processes, systems, frameworks or controls Systematic and disciplined approach to planning and organizing Strong communication skills including the ability to prepare clear and concise reports, presenting arguments verbally in a persuasive manner, tailored appropriately for the audience Strong problem-solving and analytical skills Change management skills Demonstrable understanding and knowledge of the governance principles, legal framework, Treasury and Gateway requirements and public service reforms context that the Agency operates within Qualifications: Certifications is; relevant PPM and collaboration toolsets A tertiary qualification in a relevant field and/or a recognised project or programme management professional qualification e.g. PRINCE2, Managing Successful Programme (MSP), Project Management Professional (PMP) or agile certification is preferred.
