He angittanga | About the role Joining our Organisational Support Group, the Principal Advisor will support the Deputy Director-General (DD-G) to manage risks, drive improvements and performance across the organisational support system.

The Principal Advisor will maintain knowledge across the Group's work programmes to effectively advise the DD-G and deliver key Group initiatives and work programmes as directed. The position will be focussed on: providing generalist support across a multi-disciplinary organisational support group of Directors ensuring effective partnership and collaboration across Groups to lead conversations to identify improvement opportunities in line with the wider group strategy preparing papers and reports to effectively communicate risks and opportunities for programmes of work ensuring the DD-G has timely and quality information with analysis, insights, and advice to make key decisions ensuring Official Information Act requests and Written Parliamentary Questions are effectively triaged and allocated, and key risks are flagged developing strong and effective relationships with key stakeholders across the business.
