Lift risk management maturity across the groups different sectors. Build capability and leadership across the syndicate to enhance Risk Management. Develop and manage a highly effective team alongside the Risk and Assurance Manager.
What we are looking for: A good level of political knowledge. Experience with developing and applying effective strategies and initiatives to lift risk management maturity across organisations. Strong relationship management skills, using your interpersonal traits to coordinate people and work streams across all levels of the organisation.
Proven experience working with Senior Leadership and at Chief Executive level. A relevant tertiary or professional qualification e.g.
