Te tranga | About the role: We have an exciting opportunity for a Private Banking Relationship Manager to join our team based in West Auckland to continue to provide exceptional personal service to a portfolio of new and existing ASB Private Banking customers.

We also encourage flexible working and agile methodology. pkenga | About you: Reporting to a Private Banking Manager you are responsible for the development and on-going management of Private Banking clients from within a current portfolio. You will assist clients to meet their financial objectives through promotion of bank products and services, which are suited to the needs of the customer.
Apart from that, you will also: Develop and maintain a thorough knowledge of customer's business and the industry in which they operate in Deepen your client relationships and ensure you understand their financial service requirements For Private Banking, you will manage customer's lending, deposits and specialist banking requirements Ensure operational and lending risks, policies and guidelines are seamlessly adhered to. Your extensive experience in providing financial products and services, business development and managing key stakeholder relationships will be key to your success. Your portfolio of clients typically have sophisticated and complex banking requirements hence we are seeking a person with the ability to offer appropriate solutions or connect with your network of ASB specialists to provide bespoke financial solutions.
You will be able to demonstrate successful relationship management experience with a commitment to provide a strong focus on quality customer service and possess a sound understanding of Banking products and services including retail lending & AML.
