Utilise your procurement experience to assist a busy organisation located in St Johns with the procurement of all goods and services to ensure daily operational needs are met. Working full time hours Monday to Friday you will be assisting the Procurement manager with a variety of tasks including: Analysis of goods and service pricing to assist departments with finalizing their budgets Build and maintain solid relationships with all suppliers Process purchase and Procurement requests/orders (including flights, accommodation, equipment, and other needs) Assist with cost analysis to ensure the best and most cost-effective suppliers are sourced and secured Build positive relationships with all internal and external stakeholders to ensure the smooth running of the organisations daily operations Ensure database kept up to date and manage supplier contracts as required Other duties as required To be successful in this role you will ideally have: Proven experience and a good understanding of Procurement and Logistics Excellent communication skills and the ability to build positive ongoing relationships with suppliers and internal staff Good Cost analyst experience and good time management skills Advanced MS office and the ability to pick up new systems quickly Exposure/experience with bookings an advantage Flexibility to pick up a variety of tasks If you are looking for a new opportunity within procurement apply now to be considered.
