Project Co-ordinator Within our Smart Christchurch Unit we are responsible for supporting the delivery of the Smart Christchurch Programme as defined in the Councils long term plan. We have a passionate team who contribute and play an essential part in driving to meet our levels of service and we are now looking for a Project Coordinator to come and join us on a 9 month fixed term contract About the role: This is a project coordination role that is responsible for supporting and ensuring project outcomes are maximised to provide an interconnected, efficient, safe and innovative Smart Christchurch programme around the city and to the adjoining regions. This position is responsible for the coordination of project tasks including: Collation and coordination of project financial and status reports Creation and/or maintenance of project schedules and forecasts Management and maintenance of project management databases Meeting coordination and minute taking, and administration tasks To be successful in this role you will: Have 2-3 years' experience in a coordinator or similar role.
Have exceptional organisation skills - ability to manage multiple tasks at varying stages. Be customer focussed - as you will be managing incoming queries and feedback. Be systems savvy.
