The Project Coordinator role is based in the Bay of Plenty with an expectation to collaborate with regional and national teams across Te Manawa Taki and national Service Improvement and Innovation Directorate teams. The Improvement and Innovation team is made up of range of improvement and project/programme management specialists who work to support health improvement priorities at Hauora a Toi Bay of Plenty as well as regionally and nationally with other Health Districts across the motu. Reporting to the Manager, Improvement and Innovation, the Project Coordinator will work alongside Programme Managers, Change Managers, Hospital and Specialist Service leaders, clinical leaders, Te Aka Whai Ora and wider stakeholders to plan, organise and support improvement projects, ensuring successful management through the project lifecycle and enduring benefits for patients are embedded within core business.
