Full Time Application Closes 19 Feb 2024 Taranaki - New Plymouth Engineer We have a fantastic opportunity for a Project Coordinator to join our Infrastructure Division at Port Taranaki. The opportunity We are seeking a proactive and enthusiastic Project Coordinator to join our Project Management Office (PMO) at Port Taranaki. Supporting our Project Managers and reporting to the PMO Manager, this is a new position at Port Taranaki so plenty of scope to make the role your own.

You will be responsible for assisting our projects team with project delivery success, doing this through your strong administration management and systems coordination. Other key role responsibilities include: Monitor project success to ensure our projects are run smoothly and delivered successfully. Assist with tender processes and updating stakeholders on project process.

Planning meetings and organising project logistics. Assist the Project Manager with project management duties. Ordering supplies and organising contracts.

General administration including billing, reporting, ordering supplies, invoice processing etc. About you You may have experience in dealing with projects in previous working roles and now what to shift your career fully over to project management. In setting you up for success you ideally also have the following: Digital systems literacy with Microsoft 365 suite e.

g., Excel, Microsoft Project or similar. Strong relationship building skills.

Proven analytical and problem-solving skills related to engineering. Are a dynamic self-starter with a growth mindset. Confident to work within a technical team, including specialist consultants and contractors.
