About the role: You will be at the forefront of our efforts to acquire and dispose of property for Government departments and agencies, Councils, and other clients. You'll be the go-to person for managing a wide range of exciting projects that will challenge you every step of the way. From conducting due diligence and investigating property issues, to negotiating with stakeholders and managing the acquisition process, you'll lead our efforts to create what matters for future generations, whether it's building a new school, road, or local park.
But that's not all, you'll also play a critical role in ensuring that all projects are delivered to a high standard, on time, and within budget. You'll need to be a master of multitasking, with the ability to juggle multiple projects at once while keeping a cool head under pressure. You'll be part of a dynamic team of experts who are passionate about what they do.

If you're someone who loves a challenge, is passionate about delivering high-quality services, and wants to be part of a supportive and inclusive team, then we want to hear from you Skills and Experience: A relevant property (Bachelor of Property), legal or related tertiary qualification. Preferably minimum of 5 years professional experience in a related property or legal discipline.
Good knowledge of the relevant NZ standards, legislation, and practices, including the Public Works Act 1981 Relevant experience and confidence in dealing with a variety of property requirements and issues. Proven expertise in negotiation, contract drafting, and due diligence procedures. Exceptional interpersonal and communication abilities to foster and nurture client relationships.
