If this is you, come join the team and contribute to the success of our business by delivering property solutions which meet the needs of our evolving network and hardworking colleagues. In this role you will be responsible for delivering new sites in the North Island including, working with our operational teams to scope the requirement, negotiating agreements with developers and landlords, and overseeing the delivery of the developer/landlord's works and our fitout.
You'll be part of a team of professionals with the end goal of providing appropriate accommodation for our fantastic people. The team also provides input into property-related strategic business projects as we respond to the changing needs of our business. Mu - About you You'll ideally have formal qualifications in property, law or business and will have knowledge of the relevant legislative and regulatory requirements.
You may have strong working experience in a similar field, or you may be a recent graduate looking for your next career move. Either way, you'll be able to work autonomously and demonstrate strong decision-making skills and initiative. You'll connect and collaborate across our business and work alongside our busy operational leaders, so having the ability to build strong relationships through credibility and trust is vital.
