Reporting to the Head of Business and Digital Technologies, you will need to be a lateral thinker with a constructive can-do attitude to solving problems, strong communication and interpersonal skills with an approachable, supportive personality. You will have a holistic approach to teaching which includes mentoring and pastoral care and experience teaching in a multicultural environment working with a diverse group of students. Mu te take - E uiga ia te oe - About you: To be successful in this role, you will need to have: A tertiary qualification in Information Technology or a related field.
Expertise and proficiency in one of our specialist areas is highly desirable. We currently offer majors in Data Analytics, Software and Web Development, and Networking. We also have postgraduate programmes in Data Analytics and Cyber Security.
Demonstrated experience and success in teaching or training IT subjects. For an appointment at senior lecturer level, relevant experience in teaching and assessment with proven contribution to curriculum design and development.
