Kia ora The Quality & Safety team are looking for a motivated and forward thinking team player to join the group as a permanent full time Quality and Safety Standards Administrator (40 hours per week) base at our Airport Campus offices near Auckland Airport. This is a fantastic opportunity be part of a high performing team, using your administrative skills whilst also building up your knowledge of quality and safety management philosophy in aviation. As a Quality and Safety Administrator you will manage and update safety related communications within Engineering & Maintenance, as well as carry out Quality and business-related support, and producing reports and metrics.
Within this role you will work with a wide range of people, so the ability to communicate clearly is important. The environment is a demanding one where you will need to be well organised, able to handle competing priorities and assist with ad-hoc projects and tasks at short notice and tight deadlines. We are on the hunt for someone who has strong experience in Aviation working in a technical role (3 - 5 years).
