As the Quality Assurance subject matter expert you will engage with the business to lead quality assurance reviews, ensuring recommendations are implemented, root cause analysed, action closed out and evidenced. Within this role you will have the ability to contribute towards the successful delivery of the Regulatory Services Risk and Assurance Framework; the provision of expert assurance advice, support and training to all teams across the Group.
