M te tnga | About the role We need a Quantitative Researcher (Intelligence and Insight Specialist (L2)) on our team, so we seek a qualified quantitative researcher whose work history includes agency employment.
You will be responsible for delivering end-to-end quantitative research that adheres to best practises, which includes scoping out projects, questionnaire design, scripting, project management and creating insightful reports. As an experienced researcher, you'll be able to promote and perform the best quantitative research methodologies to generate insightful data that supports decision-making that is intelligence-driven and customer-focused. As a creative and enthusiastic storyteller, you can effectively convey complex issues into engaging content, quickly understanding our diverse objectives, projects, and data.
You can quickly understand the context, trends, challenges, and opportunities within, and then transform this information into influential and interesting points. You must be naturally inquisitive and passionate about learning how various products, services, and tax and social policy initiatives effect consumer behaviour and experiences. Applying your knowledge, you can find insights that help with decision-making and promote positive change.

Mu | About you To be successful in this role you will have the following skills and experience: 5 or more years' experience in quantitative research design and implementation, including large tracking programmes and complex bespoke research.
Market research agency experience is a requirement. Expertise in data integration, sampling design and weighting techniques. Proven ability to handle and analyse complex, large scale, high dimensionality data from varying sources.
Proven ability to deliver projects at pace using project management frameworks. Storytelling and communication expertise, with the ability to distil complex concepts and insights into accessible narratives that resonate with technical and non-technical audiences. Demonstrable interpersonal and stakeholder management skills, particularly the ability to influence others by using persuasion and mana, and the capacity to articulate opinions that differ from the s.
