Part Time Application Closes 07 Mar 2024 Hawkes Bay - Hastings Office and Administrative Support Worker We are looking for an energetic and positive Receptionist to join our Wineworks Hawkes Bay Team. Reporting to the HR Manager, you will be based at the front reception providing exceptional customer service to all visitors onsite including clients, suppliers and contractors. The role is varied and diverse; you will provide general administrative functions to our site as well as supporting the Plant Leadership team with various projects. This is a permanent part-time position; 30 hours/week Monday to Friday, 9am to 3pm. To be successful in this role you will: have proven customer service and administration experience be self motivated and resourceful; able to think on your feet and solve issues as they arise have a positive attitude with a good sense of humour demonstrate exceptional communication skills both written and verbal be a whizz with all Microsoft Office systems and able to learn new systems i.
