Permanent Role Flexible working arrangements including work from home days Supportive and fun team M te tnga | About the role We have an exciting opportunity for a savvy Administrator to join our Recruitment Team. As a Recruitment Administrator, you will primarily have a focus on candidate care, you will also gain end to end recruitment exposure and support our wider Recruitment team with day-to-day candidate and advisory support functions. Responsibilities will include: Liaising with internal kaimahi on requirements to complete safety checks Tracking, recording and updating internal systems Daily use of MS forms, excel and SAP HRIS systems Assisting with the interview booking and vetting process of candidates Responding to and triaging recruitment and safety checking enquiries and arranging various pre-employment checks Assisting with our periodic safety checking programme This is an opportunity to gain experience in a new area where you can utilise your administration and communication skills and contribute to helping us keep the Tamariki and Rangatahi safe whilst in our care.

Ng pmanawatanga u | What you will bring This role will suit administrators interested in gaining further experience in Recruitment and Human Resources. You will have sound experience and an ability to prioritise and manage a variety of tasks. You will be able to navigate cloud-based storage and Microsoft software to a high degree, show sound written communication skills and provide a high level of customer service.

Attention to detail is an important skill required for these positions. Key requirements of the role include: Strong administration/coordination experience Demonstrated experience in a similar recruitment or HR related position is highly desirable Excellent attention to detail and the ability to deliver a high degree of accuracy and quality Strong problem-solving skills, along with a strong customer focus Proven organisation skills and be self-motivated with the ability to multi-task Understanding of recruitment processes, privacy and candidate care Excellent interpersonal skills and an ability to work collaboratively with a wide range of stakeholders Intermediate Excel and reporting experience including the use of intermediate formulas Appreciation of cross-cultural needs and a commitment to the principles of Te Tiriti Waitangi Nu te rourou | What's in it for you Oranga Tamariki offer an impartial remuneration package, that offers progression annually for experience through tenure.
