As a Sales Manager for our Ready Mix division, you will play a key role in driving revenue growth and contributing to the overall success of the business.

The successful candidate will lead by example, demonstrating strategic thinking, effective communication, and a passion for achieving sales targets. Key Responsibilities: Develop and deliver on agreed sales targets and goals Support the Regional Manager in developing a sales plan for the second brand in line with strategic objectives. Constantly monitor performance against the plan and prepare relevant reports Develop and maintain a structured customer contact plan for new business opportunities and existing customers Conduct regular meetings to follow up on new business opportunities and provide direction to resolve customer issues.

Identify new business opportunities and projects, maintaining an accurate and up-to-date database Managing the sales region for Rotorua to Hawkes bay A strong focus on finding new opportunities Able to support plant teams when required Qualifications and Skills: Proven experience in a sales leadership role, with a track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets. Strong strategic planning and implementation skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
