About the role The DAPS function (Donor and Product Safety) operates out of Auckland and is responsible for providing a telephone triage service to donors who have health queries related to donation eligibility. This function will also incorporate the out of hours telephone on call service for Post Donation Information including donation withdrawal and donor adverse events.
The team is also responsible for undertaking the health assessments for potential femoral head bone donors. About You To be successful in this role you will be a Registered Nurse with 3 years' experience. Previous experience in telehealth or patient triage would be an advantage, however those nurses keen to pursue a career in the ambulatory field of nursing are welcome to apply.
It is an essential requirement for this role that you have an excellent telephone manner and good interpersonal skills. You will have proven excellent customer service skills as well as the ability to effectively communicate with a diverse range of internal and external customers.
