About you: You will be an amazing team player Highly driven and organised Impeccable communication skills Have a roll up your sleeves and get stuck in attitude Full of resilience and determination (working in the world of startups is not for the faint hearted) Ability to travel both internationally and domestically if required Ready to make a difference in the world with a company that will directly impact human lives, by enabling students to handle life issues better than ever before What an average day could look like; Working closely with our Customer Success team to help customers solve their current wellbeing issues highlighted through the platform (you will be required to sit in on school calls and meetings) Attend, prepare and present relevant content at our meet-ups with customers and prospective customers Collaborating regularly with our marketing team to develop solution-orientated and compelling content for our media channels Conduct reviews with our customers to best utilise Komodo within their specific environments Requirements Holds Registration under the New Zealand Psychologist Board (preferably Child and Family/ Clinical).
At least 3 years of clinical experience within child and adolescent psychology Have demonstrable experience providing a range of psychological assessment and evidence based treatment (Ideally experience in CBT and ACT). Experience of working with schools to help them solve their issues and problems around student wellbeing Experience of utilising psychometrics to better understand wellbeing and patient conditions Experience designing, implementing and analysing data to then present to key stakeholders at our schools which include Deputy Principals, Directors of Wellbeing, Psychologists, School Counsellors (if required) Proficient in the usual software tools (i.e.
Google Docs) as well as a willingness to learn and work with new technologies Strong presentation and public speaking skills, especially when translating clinical perspectives to those with limited clinical knowledge Ability to create relevant psychoeducation content for our schools to learn from and utilise in their school environments Basic knowledge of statistical analysis and reporting this back to stakeholders Ready to make a difference.
