Day-to-day you could expect to work on: To provide end-to-end support for all consenting applications in the Regulatory Services department for Building Consents.
Deliver high quality customer excellence to internal and external customers. Ensure the accuracy and consistency of regulatory consent data. Be responsible for handling all customer inquiries and complaints related to financial disputes, invoicing, and regulatory applications, to ensure satisfactory customer outcomes.
He krero mu: About you To be successful in this role you will be system savvy, able to easily adapt to new technology, and have previous experience in administration. Your excellent communication skills will help you excel in this customer-focused role. A proactive nature along with your great attention to detail and understanding of Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, etc) will strengthen your application.
Having a good understanding of building legislation and previous SAP experience would make your application stand out. What we will be looking for: Excellent written and oral communication. Minimum 4 years of previous experience in a business administration and Customer Service role.
Confidence around working with complex databases and information. Experience managing financial account reconciliations & Customer disputes.
