A large Public Sector Organisation is seeking a Release Train Engineer on an initial 6-month contract or permanent basis to support a successful transformation programme delivery in a SAFe environment. You will be a key member of the leadership team collaborating with talented individuals to oversee, facilitate, and plan project/programme delivery. Your role will drive continuous improvement acting as a bridge between the wider solutions train, stakeholders, and the leadership team.
In this role you will communicate change effectively and support iwi, customers, partners and stakeholders in understanding project details, outcomes, timelines, and milestones and proactively identify and address issues, encouraging high value delivery practices. Skills Required: 2-3 years experience in a Release Train Engineer role. Resilience and strong relationship management skills.
Large IT programme delivery experience. Experience working in a SAFe environment. Able to lead and drive people to an outcome.
