Job Description The Rendering Operator plays a key part in ensuring that the department is operating effectively. You will also work with the Rendering Plant Supervisor to ensure any maintenance of the area is carried out in a timely and cost effective manner alongside implementing new systems when appropriate. There is also opportunity for the right applicant to work towards the 2IC position.

Occasional call out and weekend/shift work will be required for this permanent position. Qualifications The successful applicant will demonstrate the following: Relevant experience in a rendering environment, preferably 5 years. Experience in food manufacturing or engineering would also be considered.

Organisational skills and the capability to cope with a variety of priorities and demands.
