Job Description Te Whiwhinga mahi | The opportunity We have an exciting opportunity for a Research Programme Manager to join us on a full time, permanent basis. As the Research Programme Manager you are responsible for leading, mentoring and managing a small, high performing team, developing strong stakeholder relationships and monitoring the performance of key deliverables across the research portfolio in the School of Population Health.
Together with your team you will be navigating research support services and providing comprehensive end to end research management. You will plan, prioritise and align people and resources across the team, to deliver operational and administrative research support to our researchers. To be successful in this role you will have excellent relationship management skills.
Your experience will have seen you directing teams in order to deliver on current and future work priorities, and you will be familiar with coaching and mentoring staff in order to achieve these. Having experience with research management systems and a strong financial acumen would be advantageous. The salary range is $84,000 - $97,000.
