Day to day you will; Assist the store and assistant managers in motivating the team - around efficiency, being proactive, ensuring a positive and professional attitude at work Help to maintain store to an excellent standard, ensuring it is presentable and functional Be passionate about helping customers to drive sales and customer loyalty Undertake responsibility of manager when the store and assistant store manager are not in-store.
