Our global client has two great new opportunities for Retail Executives looking at taking a step into a store management role. You will be responsible for the successful operational management of the store. This part time job share opportunity is based out of their Newmarket Store, is an ongoing hourly rate contract, and would suit candidates with strong initiative, customer services experience and a passion for driving success.
Key Responsibilities: Oversee the day-to-to operations of the retail store Provide relevant training to any new staff Monitor all stock on the Shopify website that they are displaying the correct information. If any new products or bundles are launched, complete a test run to ensure that working as expected. Run all in store compliance Reporting and data management Ensure the store is kept tidy and clean About you: Minimum 2 years experience in customer service or retail store desirable Customer orientated with effective communication and presentation skills Ability to build rapport quickly to build and maintain relationships with internal and external customers Confident in pulling reports and managing data in systems and Excel Detail and compliance orientated to ensure consistent execution in Company processes and related New Zealand laws and regulations Experience using Microsoft Office Suite, Shopify and CRM systems This role has an intended start date of late March and will be part-time role shared.
