This job is required to perform duties and responsibilities that include, but are not limited to the following: l Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner. l Offer accurate information about products, promotions, and company policies. l Address customer inquiries and concerns promptly and effectively.

l Maintain an organized and visually appealing store layout. l Monitor and replenish merchandise on the sales floor. l Conduct regular stock checks to ensure adequate inventory levels.

l Stay informed about product features, benefits, and updates. l Provide product demonstrations and explain usage as needed. l Collaborate with team members to achieve collective goals.

l Communicate effectively with colleagues and management. l Assist in training new staff members as needed. l Process transactions accurately and handle cash and card payments.
