Auckland. 120 years strong supplier of raw materials, chemicals, plastics, ingredients and specialty products to Aust & NZ About the Role Reporting to the General Manager you will be required to: Engage in sales and marketing duties to existing and new customers in New Zealand, including those in the food, cosmetics, personal care, pharmaceutical, plastics, surface coatings, construction and leather tanning industries Achieve maximum sales profitability, growth and customer account penetration within the designated sales territory and/or market segments by effectively selling the Companys products to our customers through relationship-based selling Manage appropriate stock levels, and provide sales analysis and reporting to drive growth with existing and new customers Meet or exceed allocated sales and profit margin budgets for your particular customer portfolio over the designated budget period and achieve cost reductions wherever possible Build customer relationships to increase share of existing customer business and win new customers for your customer portfolio Location: Auckland NZ Your Skills and Experience This role will suit someone who takes pride in their work.
Ideally you will have; Industry knowledge in agriculture, construction, food, beverage, cosmetics, personal care, pharmaceutical or industrial chemicals industries, including with respect to customers, products and regulatory requirements is highly desirable Capacity to address challenges and provide effective solutions within the context of the specified industries. Commitment to maintaining high standards of work quality Ability to navigate and stay updated on industry-specific regulations and compliance standards.
