Amazing sales engineer opportunity with a potential path to ownership Our client is a Manufacturer of industrial fibreglass products servicing the Civil, Petrochemical and Waste industries and offer bespoke storage and treatment systems. They are seeking a Technical Sales Engineer to take control of existing account management and sales development. This role has a great salary package and includes a car, bonus and medical/life insurance.

You will be responsible for understanding the technical aspects of the products, communicating their benefits to potential and existing customers, and driving sales in the industrial sector. This is a challenging yet rewarding role that requires strong technical expertise, excellent communication skills, and a proven track record in sales. For the right individual there may also be a path to take a stake in the business.

You will need to be have a Bachelors Degree in Engineering or a related technical field, preferably with a specialisation in materials science, chemical engineering, or mechanical engineering. Additionally you must; Have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences Come with proven experience in technical sales, preferably in the industrial, civil or chemical sector Have exceptional problem-solving skills and the ability to provide innovative solutions to customer challenges Be self-motivated and results-oriented, with a demonstrated track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets. Day to day in this role you will; Identify and target potential customers in various industries where the solutions are utilised, such as petrochemical storage, chemical processing, water treatment, oil and gas, and agriculture Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective customers, acting as their trusted advisor throughout the sales process Be responsible for breaking down the customers requirements and to quote the supply of Maskell products.

Follow up to get an understanding of the competitors we are up against Collaborate with the senior leadership team to develop and execute effective sales strategies, including pricing, negotiations, and contract management Prepare and deliver accurate sales forecasts, reports, and presentations to management, highlighting market trends, customer feedback, and sales performance. Provide technical support and guidance to customers, addressing their inquiries, and offering solutions that meet their specific needs. You will also work very closely with customers after winning contracts by; Acting as a primary point of contact, addressing their technical queries, concerns, and providing post-sales support Collaborating closely with the engineering and production teams to ensure customer requirements are met and projects are executed successfully Conducting regular site visits and inspections to assess customer needs, troubleshoot technical issues, and.
