Join us as a Sales Representative Renovations and Repairs At Schindler, we have a great culture that is supportive and inclusive Based in Grafton Avondale, Auckland - Permanent full-time position We are passionate about giving our employees the opportunity to grow their careers with us by focusing on promoting within About the role: As the Renovation and Repair Sales Representative for the Northern region, you will apply your technical and estimating skills to lead renovation and repair from offer to order. You will prepare tenders / quotes for sales for the Northern Region and provide assistance with Maintenance Contract conversions. Your role will require you to : Foster, promote and support good relationships with existing Schindler customers in line with Schindler Values and develop new customers Assist the Northern Region Manager in setting and achieving Renovation and Repair sales budgets Monitor Renovation and Repair sales against budget and highlight variances on a monthly basis Monitor the market, existing customer base and identify and follow up on sales opportunities.
