co.nz/For each candidate we will discuss the best fit in terms of venue and there are opportunities to move between venues. The Opportunity This is an incredible opportunity for dedicated Assistant Venue Managers experienced in venue management and events.

You will have at least a year of management experience in a comparable role within the hospitality industry. You would need to have strong capabilities in running a restaurant, nurturing and training teams, rostering, and managing labour. You will also be an effective communicator with strong organisational skills, and an attention to detail with an eye for creating a welcoming atmosphere for our customers.

In this role you will be responsible for: Supporting the venue manager in the day to day operation of the business when on shift and in the absence of the venue manager Curating exceptional customer experiences and ensuring standards are maintained Ensuring costs are managed (labour and goods) Stock management, including ordering, storage, display, pricing and wastage of goods Guide, coach and train junior staff members The Benefits When you join Savor Group you are joining a company that values you.
