Massey Business SchoolPalmerston North / Auckland We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Academic Administrator to provide high quality academic administrative support for the college within the recently formed Standards and Quality Support team in the Massey Business School (MBS). MBS comprises the PVC's office and six academic units, teaching across all three campuses: Accountancy, Massey Executive Development, Aviation, Economics and Finance, Management, and Communication, Journalism and Marketing. Key responsibilities: Spearhead committee secretariat functions with precision and expertise Manage and streamline administrative processes for academic committees Foster collaboration between academic departments and administrative teams Uphold and enhance academic governance standards Requirements: Proven expertise in complex committees preferred, however full training will be provided Strong organisational and communication skills Experience in academic administration within a tertiary setting Familiarity with University systems and processes including all or some systems such as SMS, Akari, SharePoint, Power BI, and Rapid This position can be based on either our Albany campus on Auckland's North Shore or our Manawat campus in Palmerston North with a preference of location at Albany campus.
