This law firm is well connected in West Auckland, with long standing clients, led by a highly regarded Senior Director. This is a great opportunity for someone looking for career progression and is wanting to move away from big city firms. Key responsibilities: Assisting clients with buying, selling, leasing, or transferring property, as well as handling property disputes or negotiations; Drafting and reviewing legal documents including Wills, Enduring Powers of Attorney documents, Contracting out Agreements, Leases, Trust deeds etc; Estate distribution and handling of estates; Running matters independently, liaising with clients, banks and others.

To be successful in this role you must: Have a strong background in private client property and relationship property work; 4 PQE however all applications will be assessed on merit; Good communication skills; Efficiency and the ability to work well in a team.
