You can expect to work on large-scale quality assurance projects with a motivated team across different geographies, assessing solutions to complex problems and resolving issues for some of New Zealands largest organisations and their people. This will involve translating business requirements into compliance assessments, based on the Holidays Act and client specific decisions, and then testing the outcomes of these changes to confirm system configurations have been accurately implemented. Be a high performing team member on Holidays Act remediation quality assurance programmes by identifying issues; delivering high quality outputs, using your skills and knowledge of business process/systems, and data to provide practical solutions to clients.
Processing data sets and delivering analysis to assist with decision making, including working out what data is required and how best to use it. Translating business requirements into achievable solutions with the technical team. Reviewing modelling outputs to business and technical requirements - Develop test plans, execute, and analyse tests and document results.
