About the role : We are seeking an experienced client-facing Digital Project Manager to join to work with eCommerce clients, assisting in our accelerated growth in APAC and delivering quality website builds and improvements for an amazing portfolio.
This position is hands-on, crossing all divisions of the project lifecycle and delivering outstanding web solutions that help our clients grow. Responsibilities : Work with clients and internal teams to drive the project discovery phase which includes running workshops, requirements gathering, and project scoping. Collate, maintain, and communicate the project plan which includes project actions, changes, and clear project milestones and timelines.
Collate, maintain, and communicate technical documentation which describes solution architecture, solution approach, & technical specifications for projects & builds. Host workshops with clients to understand their solution requirements and expectations. Ensure UI/UX, functionality, systems architecture, and integration maps align with agreed project scope and budget.
Brief delivery teams on project requirements. Manage project plan & timeline, including dependencies, risks, and project changes. Proactively look to alleviate risks, and resolve project issues to keep projects on track.
Communicate with internal stakeholders to keep the business across project status, financials, risks, and issues. Ensure smooth QA, UAT and Go Live processes. Ensure delivered solutions meet the requirements set out in the scope, design, and project blueprint.
Skills & Experience : 3 years working within a digital environment - any agency-side experience would be a huge advantage. Experience in managing web build projects is essential. Knowledge of an eCommerce platform is a must.
Those with experience in Magento, Shopify, and/or BigCommerce will have an advantage. Any relevant qualifications and training with respect to Project Management and web technology is a big plus. Experience in requirements gathering and documentation, including the collation of ideas, and presentation to clients.
Good understanding of web development & delivery. Understanding of HTML, CSS, JS, SQL will also be an advantage. Solid understanding of ecommerce platforms, system architecture and web services across marketing, security, data and SEO; and, the ability to translate this into plain language to build confidence and trust with clients.
