As a Senior Engineer in our SOE team, you will work in multi-faceted customer environments and play a key role in assisting the design and implementation of End User Compute solutions customer environments, focusing on the Microsoft Modern Workplace. This role requires you to ensure a strong technical fit of all solutions within the existing and planned environments. Youll gather, analyse and understand ICT business requirements and contribute to pre-sales engagements with clients.

We therefore leave it to you and the team you join to figure out what works best What Youll Do Ensure the consistent delivery of service and outstanding levels of customer satisfaction by demonstrating timely, professional, and attentive responses to customers Escalation point for customer related queries, incidents or problems Maintain documented architectural standards for nominated customers Identifying process improvement opportunities within nominated customers Input toward Statements of Work and implementation of small ad-hoc projects Liaise with customers, other Datacom business areas and any associated third-parties Maintain a high level of knowledge and understanding of the benefits of relevant technologies including industry certifications Perform upgrades on applicable hardware and operating systems as required/requested Assist with the identification and implementation of shift left initiatives We are a pretty agile company and are keen to respond to customer, technology and internal stakeholders changing requirements and this can mean we evolve in our roles to meet those needs.
