Our client has one of the top roading / highway design teams in the country, their transportation group based in Wellington are going to be responsible for some of the most sought after projects across New Zealand. We are looking for a Senior 12D Designer to work as a key member of their award winning team. You will be responsible for leading the road design of large scale projects with a focus on construction efficiencies through your superior knowledge of the 12D design suite.
In addition to 12D, you will contribute broadly to the engineering of Transportation projects, along with drainage, being a point of contact with clients while mentoring junior designers. The ideal candidate will possess the following attributes: Expert knowledge of 12D software Ability to identify opportunities for increased project efficiency Strong communication skills, both written and verbal Team player Knowledge of 12D, Openroads would be a distinct advantage, while not essential would be really advantageous.This is a client facing role with real scope for career progression and opportunities to support more junior staff with the potential to work on national and international projects Please get in touch if you would like to discuss the role further.
